Philip’s industry journey began during his university days, where he gained practical insights on the frontline, in a display home. This early exposure provided him with a strong foundation and firsthand knowledge of the entire building process. Over time, he expanded his skill set by assuming key strategic roles within the residential construction domain for notable builders (Metricon, Boutique homes, JG King, Glenvill, ABN Group (Brilley Co.).


Throughout his professional trajectory, Philip has honed a unique blend of skills, including Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) expertise, sales acumen, estimating proficiency, margin control, product design, land acquisition, and market analytics for the leaders in residential housing.
