Malvern Primary School Spring Fair Offer
Malvern Primary Spring Fair Promotion is valid from 17th November 2024 till 31st of January 2025. The promotion is considered valid once a monetary deposit for Design and Construction or Construction only payment has been made. The offer will be applied as a credit within the Building Contract.
Payments to Malvern Primary School by Veracon will be paid during frame stage or as deemed appropriate by Veracon.

To claim the full $20,000 worth of upgrades the minimum building contract value will need to be over $400,000. Applicable to renovations, extensions, new build, SDA builds and commercial fitouts. For building contract values:
• Above $400,000 a credit of $20,000 is applicable. Plus $500 to Malvern Primary School
• Between $250,000 to $399,999 a credit of $10,000 is applicable. Plus $500 to Malvern Primary School
• Between $120,000 to $249,999 a credit of $5,000 is applicable. Plus $500 to Malvern Primary School
• Between $50,000 to $119,999 a credit of $1000 is applicable. Plus $250 to Malvern Primary School
• Below $49,999 no offer is applicable.

This promotional offer can not to be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly express in writing by Veracon and can be amended or withdrawn at any time, without prior notice.

Purchase one or more $2 raffle ticket on the day at the Malvern Primary School Fair on Sunday 17th November 2024 at Malvern Primary School. Located at 17 Tooronga Road, Malvern at Veracon's stall to enter into the competition.

You can purchases as many tickets as you like to go into the draw.
Bonus raffle ticket will be provided if you follow us on our Instagram at Veracon.au. Only one ticket per Instagram account applies.
